W&W will help you solve that, and create a culture where the entire sales team knows how to use the most trusted AI programs today, and how to use those programs responsibly as we automate the drudgery of work. During this once-a-week, 2 hour collaborative course, we’ll pursue active leads, craft client corispondence, improve google ranking, and create sales materials using AI tools. So your team can become the future of the workforce, and ahead of your competition.

Week 1 : Getting familiar with the new world of reasoning machines.

During our first 2 hour online class we’ll start the onboarding process to get you familiar with the software you’ll be using through-out our training program. This includes getting you set-up with a Midjourney, Chat-GPT, and Smithery accounts. We’ll also introducing you to active online communities & podcasts that are on the cutting edge of what’s new in A.I. and setting clear goals for how to implement these programs for your specific business needs.

Week 2 : How to improve your communications and discoverability.

As part of our first deep dive into leveraging these new tools for business growth we’ll use Chat GPT & Claude (through Simtheory’s all in one interface) to create a high-level overview of your business to distill your outbound marketing strategy and elevator pitch to new and prospective customers. You’ll learn how to leverage Zoom’s recording feature to create tailored content for your website and outbound marketing channels. During this training session you’ll learn best practices for SEO optimization and learn how to leverage new A.I technology to reduce the time it takes to promote your business. So you can spend more time doing what you do best.

Week 3 : Create custom visuals, brand elements, and imagery.

Maybe one of the most fun and exciting parts of the new LLM revolution is the ability to create masterful works of art and imagery using simple prompting language. During this training session you’ll learn best practices for creating work to elevate your marketing efforts. Plus we’ll learn about how we can use this technology to explore new concepts and imagine new ideas for the future of your business.

Week 4 : Build specialized AI agents to automate tasks & boost productivity.

As we enter the next age of reasoning models like ChatGPT - 01 and it’s competitors, we’ll learn how to create a digital workforce to help allocate specialized tasks for your business. Using the Simtheory platform we’ll create individualized agents with dedicated skills and personality types suited to your needs. Though this technology is brand new, it will be the most important wave of innovation over the next 2-3 years.

Week 5 : View the future of AI and upcoming capabilities.

For our final session, we’ll focus on combining the new tools we’ve learned to develop our new process for business development, marketing, daily operations, and innovation. We’ll discuss the new emergent opportunities for your business now that you have a set of tools, and how to leverage that technology to get a leg up in the market and get ahead of your competition. Meet Your Instructor

Wayne Conrady brings over a decade of experience as a marketing expert, brand designer, developer, art director, and adjunct professor of interactive design (PLNU 2020-2022) where he taught a focus on human centered design. Wayne has helped launch over 70 brands, and supported numerous companies looking to build sales decks, marketing materials, and sales programs. Wayne’s packaging design work can be found at Walmart, Target, CVS, Sprouts, Whole Foods, and local retailers in over 30 states- if not all at this point.

Before founding Walter & Wayne in 2021, Wayne was the Director of Marketing at a branding agency called Caava, and worked as an Interactive touch screen designer before that. Wayne’s work focuses on how technology and people interact, and how to create intuitive systems that people will actually use.
