W&W was founded by Wayne L Conrady II in 2021. Wayne brings over a decade of experience as an art director, professor, designer, and strategist for growing brands.

All the work you see on our site was created alongside a team of creative individuals Wayne has assembled over his years as a brand director, teacher, and creative collaborator.

As part of a brand system we aim to elevate every customer touch point which includes: sales decks, retail packaging, trade show booths, websites, end cap displays, social media campaigns, touch screen designs, and new creative concepts.

W&W provides a 5 week 2 hour zoom class program to learn how to leverage programs like Chat -GPT, Midjourney, and Simtheory to create marketing materials, improve SEO, and get a leg up on the future of business by improving efficiency

As a speaker and panelist, Wayne Conrady focuses on the intersection of marketing, branding, human-centered design, and AI.
